Delicious fries and shake, and the service was great! I was using a cane at the time, one of the staff members noticed and offered to bring both my food and shake when it was ready. They even brought me both majo and ketchup without me asking!

2024 Revisit Thursday evening (5pm). Quick pop to grab burger. Very quite with only few diners. Took 7 minutes to get the burger (about 12 for the bacon cheeseburger. Still as decadent as I remembered). 2022 Review New Five Guys shop. Same great burgers, great new location.

Always fresh! Fries on point perfectly cooked! Great service! Friendly staff! And most importantly reliable on time so if you’re in a rush or passing by, this five guys is highly recommended! Liddy the shift manager i think is always attentive and helpful. She represents the brand very well through her welcoming and happy energy. Thank you!

Had a great experience at Five Guys. The burger was absolutely amazing – juicy, fresh, and cooked just right. The best part is that you can fully customise your order, which makes it even better. A special shoutout to Sordar Sayed who was on the till super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back!

Despite the fact that the price of a meal never stops to increase, there's never bad food to be had at Five Guys. The store near Bond Street, on Wigmore Street, a good ten minutes walk away from Oxford Street is spacious and well laid out, with friendly staff and self-service screens if you prefer. My double bacon cheeseburger was as good as it always was, the mountain of fries are ace and soda refills and free peanuts are always a great touch. All of this will set you back around 25-30 quid, but as a lunchtime treat or simply if you're in search of a great burger, Five Guys can't be beat.

Fancied a burger. Popped in for lunch. First and last time. The burger bun was cold, as though it had just come out of the fridge. The fries were not fresh at all. The burger itself was not hot at all. Luke warm. No more five guys nonsense for me thank you very much. Toilets were dirty! Wonder at the general hygiene practices in the kitchen ...
